Fubo Gaming equated with Cordish Companies in a contract that secures market access for the upcoming mobile phone Fubo Sportsbook in Pennsylvania.
Cooperation with the owner and operator Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia and Live! Casino Pittsburgh provides statewide mobile access to both sports betting and gaming.
Required regulatory approvals are required to run the Fubo Sportsbook in Pennsylvania.

Through the Fubo Sportsbook, fuboTV seeks to integrate games into the live sports offering, allowing consumers to place bets while watching.
Currently, it has a sports offer in the state of Keystone under contracts with the regional sports networks NBC Sports Philadelphia (Philadelphia ers, Philadelphia Flyers, Philadelphia Phillies) and AT&T SportsNet Pittsburgh (Pittsburgh Penguins, Pittsburgh Pirates), as well as local and national network coverage.

This agreement will bring Fubo Sportsbook to at least four states following pre-announced market access agreements in New Jersey and Indiana (through Caesars Entertainment) and Iowa (through Casino Queen).
The offering is expected to begin in individual states in the fourth quarter of 2021, subject to obtaining the required regulatory approvals in each jurisdiction.
