Hard Rock Atlantic City launches air charter

The new 27-seat VIP air charter service will meet the needs of high-end customers traveling to the resort from select markets across the region.

The exclusive service operated by Ultimate Jet Charters will officially begin Friday July 16, with flights from Farmingdale, White Plains, Norfolk, Richmond, Baltimore, Cincinnati, Scranton and Latrobe.

Private charter check-in and free parking will be provided at the airport, and the departure also includes an overnight stay in Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City and ground transportation to and from Atlantic City International Airport.

This follows the company last month revealed that the resort will gain at least $20 mn of capital improvements including additional slot machines and table games, apartment renovations, opening a new Starbucks, new food court and refreshment of beachfront amenities.

For the former, additional gaming units will be built in the Asian and High Limit areas, which is a positive response to the demand generated by seven consecutive months of growth in gaming revenues.

New Jersey's online casinos and poker rooms continued to grow year-on-April, but fell ahead of record revenues just a month earlier.

The Garden State digital gaming ecosystem delivered $ 107.7 million in revenue over a 32-day period, 34.8 percent from the up $82m in April 2020, but fell from a record of $352.7 million generated in March. Total gaming revenue for the month was 113.2 million (2020: $107.5m).
