Norwich City announced that the online gambling group BK8 Sports is the main partner of the 2020/22 season in which the club will return to the Premier League.
The contract will include the "tailor-made" BK8 logo as the new front of the sponsor's jersey of the City's first team with match and training kits for the new season.
“We are delighted to welcome BK8 as our new main partner. It's great that they see the value of working with Norwich City, ”he said Ben Kensell, chief operating officer of Norwich City.
“BK8 will undoubtedly be a new brand for City fans, but it is a brand that is trusted throughout Asia. The Premier League has a combined television audience of over three billion and is broadcast to over a billion homes - a large proportion of these Premier League fans come from Asia.
“Supporting BK8 in marketing this global Premier League fan base equally gives us as a club the opportunity to further increase our own exposure and commercial efforts in these markets.
“Both the club and BK8 are committed to supporting the ongoing review in sports betting and sponsorship. The club continues to comply with both its internal code of conduct and the rules and guidelines established by the Betting & Gaming Council when conducting marketing campaigns for betting and gaming brands.
